What:
Living for a Just Society
is a guided study exploring social justice expressed
in the Old and New Testaments: people dealing with one another fairly
and honestly while showing mercy and compassion to those in need.
Where:
Each group meets weekly in a group member's
home
When:
Sessions begin during the week of February 10 and continue for 6 weeks
We
use the award-winning Six Weeks with the Bible series to help guide
us through the meaning of Scripture and its application to everyday
life. All biblical text is printed in the guide, which means no additional
study aids are required.
Small
groups meet in homes throughout the parish both mornings and evenings.
We invite you to join an existing group, or you may form a new group
with your own friends and neighbors. This study would be a great Lenten
devotion.

On Saturday,
March 29 after the 8 AM Mass there will be a Pot Luck with guest speaker
Kent Peters from the diocesan Office of Social Justice. All parishioners
are invited to attend.
