Normally only one pet meeting following restrictions will be allowed on the property during your stay (including visitors to your unit). 

Size:

·        Under 25 pounds

Type

·        Dog or Cat only

Considerations:

·        Unit is completely walled or fenced but wall can be jumped by an agile dog or cat.

·        Must be house-broken

·        Flea-free

·        Furniture and carpet “friendly”

·        Neighbor “friendly (excessive barking?)

·        Pet friendly
