Our smoke-free, two bedroom, one bath unit
(sleeps 5 comfortably) is a weekly rental during the Summer season (June 1 to
September 5) and monthly during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. In a
garden court setting on the ground floor of a quiet two unit duplex, our home
has everything you’ll need for your beach vacation.
· 50 feet to the beach on Mission Bay; 100 yards to the ocean surf at South Mission beach.
· Sleeps 5: Master bedroom has queen sized bed; Second bedroom has one twin bed and a double in bunk bed configuration.
· Bathroom has full tub/shower combination.
· Fully equipped kitchen with gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster; kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, flat ware and utensils.

Location Description
811 Aspin Court is located on the last Bay-side court in South Mission Beach. 1/2 block east of Mission Boulevard; ˝ block west of Bayside, it has an ideal combination of access and tranquility. Bay, beach, and park are close enough for roundtrip visits during commercial breaks yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Mission Bay beach offers a beautiful un-crowded white sand beach ideal for families with young children. Mission Point Park features a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce ball, horseshoes, or walking your dog. On the ocean side, South Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the South Mission Beach Lifeguard station. Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure.
South Mission Beach is located less than 10 minutes away from I-5 or I-8 and from this central location, you are 5 minutes of Sea World, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, 15 minutes from Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and 30 minutes from Mexico.
