The unit comes with:

• bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets; master king has heated mattress pad
• there are beds for 6: the king, the trundle, and two twins.
• cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc
• plates, bowls, silverware, glasses
• blender, coffee maker, toaster (built in)
• bath towels, face towels, wash clothes
• beach towels
• barbeque
• two TVs with VCRs
• stereo with AM/FM, CD, and cassette
• one cruiser bike available for rent cheap

Bring your own

• additional bikes (or rent them from Hammil's)
• water toys (or borrow my old boogie boards but buy new ones if they break or rent them from Hammil's)
• beach chairs (or buy cheap ones locally)
• coolers (or buy cheap ones locally)
