A 20% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $250 damage deposit is due two months before the rental. Deposit minus cleaning fee (usually $50) is refunded within three to five weeks of the end of the rental (depending on when the phone bill comes). Here is the simple rental agreement. Normal check in time is Saturday at 2:00 pm. Normal check out time is Saturday at 10:00 am.
