A 20% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $275 damage/cleaning deposit is due four months before the rental. Deposit minus cleaning fee (usually $75) is refunded within five to seven weeks of the end of the rental (depending on when the phone bill comes). Here is the simple rental agreement. Normal check in time is Saturday at 2:00 pm. Normal check out time is Saturday at 10:00 am.
