How to Rent:
- E-mail me that you definitely
are taking a particular week shown in the schedule;
I hold those dates for a few days
- Immediately mail me a deposit
by check or money order for 295 (20% of 1475) or 355 (20% of 1775) depending
on the week to Tom Wright, 819 Devon Court, San Diego, CA 92109
- I’ll mark the week as taken
and refer you to the location a very simple rental agreement on the web site
for you to sign and send to me (in duplicate); I sign them and return one to
you
- The balance or the rent plus a
275 cleaning/damage/phone deposit (1180+275=1455 or 1420+275=1695 depending
on the week) is due 2 months before your start date
- Saturday at 2pm you show up
and start having fun!
- Saturday a week later at 10am
you depart refreshed
- Between 1 and 2 months later
(depending on the phone bill) I refund the unused portion of the deposit;
cleaning is generally 75.
