• I rent by the week only.
• I only rent during the weeks shown in the Prices & Schedule page.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 renters. (Up to 6 guests for quiet parties are permitted.)

Note: I'm sorry, but I no longer return phone calls or email regarding requests that are obviously impossible with this rental, such as renting outside the dates available, wanting to sleep 14 people, etc.
