Father, we are gathered here in the name of Jesus, and we declare to you Lord, that our confidence is entirely in you. You told us Lord Jesus that -- without you -- we can do nothing. It is not by our might, nor by our power, but by your Spirit; than we accomplish your work. We absolutely acknowledge this truth.
But we know that you are here with us, because You have said, "Go into all the world, making disciples of all nations, and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age." And you also said; "where two or three are gathered together in My Name, there I am in the midst of them." 
Lord Jesus, we want to tell you now, we are counting on your presence through the Holy Spirit. We are relying on your faithfulness.  We believe we are doing what You commissioned us to do, and we trust You for the results.

And NOW, in the name of Jesus, we take dominion over every opposing spirit, influence, personality and power, and we bind them now, by the power of the Spirit of the Living God. In Your name we command them to leave and not in any way hinder nor frustrate the Holy Spirit's purpose in this time of ministry. Amen.

And NOW, Holy Spirit, we invite you to manifest your presence to us and equip us for what you would have us do. Amen.
