We dropped the jigs in at first light at 6AM near the Hidden Bank (32:02.500 , 117:29.000). It took a little while for the first jig strike, a double hookup on good sized dorado. Three more of these came in on bait, as we watched a school of about 50 fish swim back and forth off the corner but not go for the bait.
We continued trolling to the SSW to the area of 31'56, 117:33 where we found a fairly sharp 1.5 degree temperature break and then finally a paddy on the warm side of the break that was small enough to not be encouraging when we pulled up to it. Turned out to be the motherload, maybe because it was the only paddy for miles. Essentially every bait thrown at it produced a hookup, for more than an hour. Mostly good sized yellowtail, but we also boated a few nice dorado from this little thing. Finally around 10AM we quit, tired and with limits, to start for home.
