  • 3 Bedroom + huge loft, 2 baths
    • Queen beds in each of the two bedrooms,
    • 3rd Bedroom is a combo game room & bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper,
    • Sofa/sleeper in Living Room,
    • Loft upstairs has a single bed over a double (bunk bed) and a single daybed with single trundle underneath
  • 3rd bedroom is a great room on the 1st level with separate bath
  • Full new kitchen on the main level.  Plenty of pots, pans, dishes & utensils
  • Both sofa sleepers have inner spring mattresses (2 queens)
  • Wood burning stove/fireplace in living room
  • High Speed Internet connection (bring your laptop)
  • 4 TVs (one is a Hi Def big screen) all with cable service
  • 2 VCRs, and a DVD player

Two night minimum stay. Three nights on holidays. No pets.
Reservation/Cleaning and damage deposit of $250

(Fully refundable when keys are returned & cabin is left clean, vacuumed & ready for next guests)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

  • There will be a $25.00 service charge on all cancellations.
  • Full refunds will be made for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled non-holiday arrival date (less service charge).
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your non-holiday arrival unless we are able to rent the cabin.
  • Refunds on Holiday period rentals will be made if cancellation is made no less than 30 days of arrival date, less service charge.  Otherwise there will be no refund unless we can rent the cabin for the same period.
  • Any non-refunded rental money may be used as half credit toward a future rental reservation.
